    The Last Year...

Thank you guys, especially Rickson. Can't believe I didn't pick that error up. I just fixed it. "I used a piece of the soap on my hands and it made them AMAZINGLY soft… I think you could have a great product!" Made my day again. This is only the beginning of something great.

    The Last Year...

Yea, MJ, I'll write about a little more about the failures when I get a chance. I'll be updating this post as things progress. Meanwhile, we just got a new review today: Purologie Soap review Another great start to the day!

    The Last Year...

I feel like it's an appropriate time to return to Fastlane and contribute what I have encountered in the last year. There has been ups and downs, money made, money spent, money lost. But what I have come to conclude is that, one must never lose the fight in them - a great quote from my friend...

    Recommendations on a web developer?

    WEB/DIGITAL
I agree with all your valid points. Case closed. If there were 30 hours a day instead of 24, perhaps I wouldn't have to outsource. But I do enjoy some sleep. I was merely arguing the fact that developing a site requires not only the business aspect but dedicating an enormous amount of time...

No problem. Just don't understand how this world works sometimes.

    Recommendations on a web developer?

Thanks but no thanks. Jobs are for sheeps. If someone doesn't know how to install WP, they should not even start in the first place. I am dumbfounded by how many people think writing a blog will make them thousand of dollars a month when in reality we know that's not the case. You develop...

No Preset Spending Limit Credit Cards

Most cards that claim they have no preset spending limit are lying. For example, my Ink Business Bold claims to be a charge card but the line is really only 100K a month. Same thing with most American Express, it depends on your spending habits.

    Next bank to fail: HSBC

Little different, Citibank is an American bank, HSBC is a British/Hong Kong bank. You can thank American rules and regulations for all the bank failures and credit crisis.

    "The" Google

    WEB/DIGITAL
Lighthouse, many reasons, running fake domains, using fake names to steal landing pages, etc. The guy on the phone could also be joinning the network to see what kind of offers C2M has. No idea though. But yea, MMO is a popular site among the AM community. And DR is to mainly used against...

    Next bank to fail: HSBC

HSBC was founded in Hong Kong, but headquartered in London, I wouldn't exactly classified it as a Chinese bank. It is the world's largest banking group and top ten company in the world. I don't think you have anything to worry about. MJ, HSBC just has a huge chunk of its operations in China.

Hah, yea, it's been around for awhile. Very popular among college students to find sublets, and what not. I haven't used it myself but I know some of my friends in college have used it to find summer sublets in Madison. A lot safer than Craigslist if you ask me.
