    Agreed. I missed out on 300k opportunity cost selling my property in 2019 to fund my failed business. My significant partner and I are still on our entrepreneurial journey, but we are making it a priority to purchase property here in Hawaii within a year or so.

    I'm curious if anyone had any benefits or connections from a co-working space? I never saw the allure of spending/renting a desk at a co-worker space where the whole point of being there is to not get distracted. A 24hr cafe works just fine.
