Now approaching 70 years of age, I can look back on a long professional career, which will continue to grow in the future. After training as a textile chemist, I completed training as a psychiatric male nurse and worked in psychiatric hospitals for nine years. After then I worked for nine years as an addiction therapist in a therapeutic institution and at the same time completed various therapy trainings before founding my own training institute in 1991. I ran this institute successfully for 33 years, but was completely exhausted by the end and sold the institute two years ago. Working 60-80 hours a week took its toll after decades. Now, after more than a year of recovery, I am active again and looking forward to new ideas and inspiration. I am currently in the process of developing my 4-month program for entrepreneurs, managers, and mature personalities. My experiences as an entrepreneur with ups and downs, including failure with a second company, my experience in the therapeutic and coaching field, as a spouse and father of 3 children, grandfather of seven grandchildren, as well as in the areas of business succession or business dissolution, times of inner emptiness and disorientation, and reorientation, after an important phase of life comes to an end, is something I know very well both from my own experience and from accompanying/coaching others. I want to pass this knowledge on to customers in the future and support them in the process of clarification.
