    How do you set up yearly customers for year round payments? Like do you take the average cost over 12 months? Do they sign a contract? What stops them from canceling in the winter, etc.?

    Very interesting thread. It's hard for me to grasp your business model though. So the customer goes to your website and books your service. The website spits them out a quote based on what they say they need. You hire some sub-contractors to perform the work then you collect payment from customer?

    Would a lawn service be considered a fast lane business. If not, I feel like it could be a good vehicle to get you closer to a fast lane business. I feel like this would be much better than regular job trading time for money.
