Finally, I cannot afford next month’s due.

    MINDSET RANT
I feel that there's something else holding you back from achieving the dreams that you want, and a job is not what will constrain this. You need to dig deeper and figure out why you spend 18 hours a day working on your business but only generate a maximum of $24k per year. If that is true...

Does anyone else use L-Tyrosine and Alpha GPC for concentration? I've learned about this from an Andrew Huberman podcast and I feel that it significantly helps with concentration. I usually take it about 3x per week in the morning to get some deep work accomplished.

    Giving out loans

    SIDE HUSTLE
Interest rates do not increase with inflation, and you do not have control over the interests issued in the marketplace. The baseline interest rates are set by the FED plus a risk premium that is established by the market players.

Why you should buy a home as early as possible.

    GOLD! ASSERTION
I've been going back and forth on whether to buy a home in my area. I'm curious to hear anyone with experience in higher-cost-of-living areas. For example, I live in NYC Area (Jersey City, right along the Hudson waterfront). We currently rent and have been debating making the move to...

Got both the Kindle and Audible versions. Currently listening to the audiobook and it's fantastic so far! Just a heads up, it looks like the "The Bad Math Principle" chapter is spelled wrong on the audible version: "The Bath Math Principle". Looks good on the kindle version!

    Haunted House Discussion

    HOT!
Hey @Lex DeVille, Back in college, a club I was a part of volunteered at a haunted house for an evening and it was a ton of fun! This is how it worked, the company got college students that were a part of some type of club. The company would then donated (I believe it was $200-$300) to the...
