Hello, I'm putting the brakes on the project right now, as I'm working on something else. My best advice is try to make the location and service as your domain. For example Tampa bay dentist, go from there and see what domains are available. I think it would be better to rent the site out instead of selling it unless your getting a nice chunk of change.
