    I’d say second one. Automatic plant watering is nothing new, there are a lot of solutions, while in the university accelerator you have a lot of experts in otherwise hard to get to field (potentially with a lot of money involved).

    There are probably a lot of random things people need out there still. For example, a couple I’ve heard about recently: - easy motorcycle battery charger, possibly using the side stand - car towing trailer for cars (possibly expensive/rare, so safety is important) that are bigger than usual...

    How do you price and create prices for your software offers?

    Is there really a need for this? There are a lot of tools to help with boilerplate code already, and developers usually try to build their own tools anyway. Maybe if it is super niche, and helps with really complex stuff?

    My experience differs - most entrepreneurs I know are opportunists, were exposed to the possibility through personal connections obtained while holding high-paying, specialized job or some kind of governmental contracts.

    I’d guess that B is probably controversial book on some popular topic - people love these. Book A might be used to renew interest for that same topic B is about. Publisher gets more sales and is happy.
