I should be getting a prescription for that next week actually!

    HEALTH
Thank you Long covid, But I have more specific diagnoses in progress right now. I'm expecting mast cell disease, myalgic encephalomyelitis, and Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (and I wouldn't be surprised if there are more).

Thanks, that is helpful. Learning anything is very difficult because of my cognitive limitations and memory loss, but I can always make slow incremental progress. Perhaps investing is a good place for me to start. I have a finance background and I don't believe capital gains counts against my...

From fastlane to disability in my 20s… what’s next?

    HEALTH
Thank you. It could go many different ways. There's no good way to tell for sure. But given my severity, it is likely that I will be dealing with this in some form for the rest of my life. It could get worse or it could get better.

Hey guys, I've been a member of this forum since 2019 when I was in college. I was midway through college at the time and the concepts of the books and the forum allowed me to escape a miserable finance career by the time I graduated college by starting a business that was not tied to my time...

[PROGRESS THREAD] (24 y/o) Sick and cognitively impaired for 2 years... Doing the work anyway

    HOT! EXECUTION
I'll check those out. Haven't tried anything new with supplements because I've wasted so much money on things that do nothing. Although I recently bought NMN (NAD precursor) but read some horror stories about it, so I'm holding off for a while. My fatigue isn't really tiredness. More of an...

    HOT! EXECUTION
Alright… It’s been a while. I decided not to post updates because there was simply nothing to say. My top priority has been extreme rest for the past several months. Unfortunately I had continual setbacks along the way which I think I’m finally clear of. Health stuff: I’m sure I’m in a better...

Having the same issue with loading, but I'm very interested in this. I use reddit to find and validate ideas frequently but this would make it so much easier. Please keep us updated.

My 20s have been stolen from me because of mold (currently 24). It's been affecting me for nearly 3 years now. I can barely work. Can't eat normal foods (I can only eat 4 foods, if you're counting salt). Severe cognitive impairment. Can't enjoy music. Personality is gone. Emotionless. Pointless...

Hey Rob! Had to do a double-take when I saw your name pop up, haha. I binged a lot of your videos last year! I've been very sick since getting COVID in November 2021 and have been documenting my journey here with both health and business. Feel free to PM me if you'd like to discuss anything...

    HOT! EXECUTION
Current Situation I'm going to start updating monthly, instead of weekly. My new strategy is extreme rest, which is the best strategy for post-exertional malaise (PEM). I've spent 90% of the daytime in bed this week and will continue to do so for several weeks. Not really comfortable with...

Here are some other ways that I use to turn this up I notch: Have a second phone that is wifi-only where you can keep any tempting apps installed. Sometimes I NEED to use YouTube or Instagram for something, but unblocking and reinstalling the app on my main phone can open up problems again...
