    Wow, thanks Vigilante...well said. About a year ago I put a halt to everyone gobbling up all my time...they think I sit around doing nothing and so should be able to chase all their ideas and "help" them. Now, they just think I'm mean and not compassionate. (Sadly its a lot of family too).
