NOTABLE!Yes, a Chilisleep (now called sleepme). It is a game changer. A few things to be aware of: it'll make the room warmer, as the heat has to go somewhere, so make sure you've got good air circulation to get rid of it. EXECUTIONThanks MJ. Agree totally: health is the foundation of everything. I thought I was healthy (6 ft, 177 lbs, careful with my diet, hadn't drunk for ~2 years, non-smoker). I found out my mother's side (which I haven't had much contact with) has many cases of fatal heart attacks in their early 60's...- Currawong
