    Music is mostly always playing when I work. its a good motivator and makes boring tasks less boring. I also listen to a lot of music without lyrics, so I do not get distracted by the words.

    I use Headway themes. That is basically a drag and drop theme builder. Lots of great features to make your website unique. Another theme I would recommended would be Divi Theme or look at the themes on Theme forest.
