IDEAI do agree with you @David Fitz that US is probably the best option out there, It's the greatest country. My real dilemma is that for Indians the current wait time for a greencard is significantly longer as compared to let's say Australia (even though the taxes are significantly higher I agree)...- Bhaskar 15

IDEABut isn't personal income tax is a lot in Ireland and (correct me If I'm wrong ) they have a similar healthcare system as UK which is all public and there isn't much opportunity for private enterprise.- Bhaskar 15

IDEAI am not particular a fan of UK because of there socialistic healthcare policies but just as an aside that's probably the easiest country for doctors to immigrate to. A lot of my friends and seniors work there and they all say that it was super easy to immigrate to UK. But again just not a fan of UK- Bhaskar 15
