    Yep, I'm getting started again. My goal is to get one a month starting in April, but it looks like I will get an early start. I have 2 right now that I am negotiating on, and a list of 50+ buyers lined up. Any advise or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Modular homes I know little about...Mobile homes on the other hand. Mobile homes can be a fantasitic investment. Upwards of 50% returns with very little thinking. Just my 2 cents.
