    MINDSET 
    You need to become self-aware of what triggers your mindset swing. Once you can recognize it, you'll be able to stop yourself from going down that path. I recommend "Unfu*k Yourself" by Gary John Bishop. Good read - though I recommend the audio book because it's a little more impactful.
