    Yes I agree. There are so many options we gotta have our rules in place to guide us toward our goal and what we wanna create. The timers are more of a tool to bring awareness and measure rather than restrict. What can be measured grows.

    Yes it certainly can be from one perspective and necessary for other things because this is simply the world we live in. I use timers and stopwatches to prevent the doom scrolling and make sure I curate my algo that way if I do scroll its on things I love anyway.
