    MARKETING 
    To be honest I only looked at Shopify and BigCommerce. Netsuite is the best out there, but a bit prohibitive cost-wise. Amazon Webstore in the US, but they're deprecating the service in the UK, so US might eventually follow suit

    You need to detach yourself emotionally from your business. Your business is just a money machine, not an extension of yourself so don't take things personally. I always put myself in the customer's place and think of my company as a separate entity when dealing with customers.
