    Try LinkedIn.com, they have a question and answer section where you can get feedback very quickly. And unlike using Yahoo's Answer, most of the feedback you get will be from professionals.

    The terms are rather vague. I'd still be careful with how the logos are used simply because they want to retain the copyrights. So you'll never truly own the logos out-right.

    The video is funny. The article that's linked below it is very interesting. I still believe in putting out quality products and putting in honest efforts though. What goes around comes around and a lot of these unethical practices will be weeded out.

    What do you read every day?

    I read the bible at least once a day, followed by a good book for men called Every Man, God's Man by Stephen Arterburn. Then through out the day I'm cracking open the E-myth or something related to a area of my business that I'm working on.
