    I am not a therapist/psychiatrist either! :) But the methods are proven to work, and yours can too. You need to understand that sometimes a person on side (even a stranger) can give an advice, encouragement, or inspiration you've been seeking for for months or years.

    It is easier said than done.. a lot of people experience physical side effects of anxiety and really need to be taken step by step thru each fear/inecurity. but Ninjakid - you're on the right track! keep it up! :)
