Navs here. From Australia.
I have been in and out of ecommerce for the last few years and haven't really had much success. My biggest success was probably dropshipping chess sets for a few $K. I have tried other stuff too. My biggest mistakes are related to not taking more risks in terms of improving my current product (e.g. website, product, offer etc.) and jumping on the failure gun too early because I am lacking sales temporarily.
Anyways, I have jumped on this forum to hopefully hold myself accountable and report my progress. Also to make friends along the way. It's kinda weird that none of my friends are into this stuff, so it can feel a tad lonely at times. but whatever.
I will also be building a newsletter for like progress updates too and lessons learnt. I am hoping to attract the right people with my newsletter and it will be great to look back on
