Wow... Real estate investments are the best, really. I almost tried this field once in my life. Instead of getting investors though, I partnered with a developer/contractor. We agreed on a 50/50 split on every deal we made. It was grueling for me and I quit (well... my partner quits first)...- Darlene L.
