HEALTHYeah, it could be a few reasons, I'm guessing water because that has the most immediate effect on your weight. You can see this when fighters cut weight by dehydrating themselves. They can lose 15 lbs in a few days by restricting their liquid intake. So 3/4 lbs in a day is entirely possible...- Roli
