Pretty interesting rental site: www.zilpy.com

This site has alot of data if you're trying to rent out your single family home.

Re: Ziply.com

Looks like competition for craigslist. Thanks for sharing.

Now we are talking! Lol

Pretty good site to check out ;)
In the footer it says "Partner: Zillow.com" so maybe they are getting the data out from them.

You may also want to check out trulia.com

Re: Ziply.com

Great. Thanks. This is not only good for rentals but also for SEO if you have an online biz. Another one I have used is: www.backpage.com
Can you explain further on how the site is good for SEO? I didn't see any ads with outbound links.

LOL!

I came back just to write that ziply.com is not user friendly at all, and discover it's all a mistake.

Regarding, SEO, which I know very little about as I learned about the term on this forum, I have been posting classies on Craig's list, backpage.com and one very lame and time consuming one at ziply.com for SEO purposes.

Basically I place an ad with a hyperlink in HTML and voila! As I understand it that is one more website that has a link to my site pulling me up on the search engines. I have seen positive results to my biz since I started doing it. Also, I have been adding my website to pertinent directories, etc.

Any comments are very welcome!
