Working with Instagram Marketing Influencers, Ads, & Organic Posts

I am in need of a stellar Instagram marketing expert that knows how to work with influencers, create affiliate programs, knows how to rock Facebook Ads Manager, and who also knows how to develop an organic post strategy over the course of each 30 day time frame. I am looking for someone who is results oriented who can show a proven track record of some of the previous accounts that they have worked with. Anyone know of someone who would match this? Thanks for your help in advance.

I'm by no means an expert but I literally created an Instagram yesterday, made my first post 2 hours ago and got my first e-mail subscriber literally just right now.

I've spent $0, just several hashtags though!

I also have no existing physical product. Just an idea/concept I want to see play out.

Depending on what category you're in, I suggest the above post and focus ONE media. Don't pay anyone else to do it otherwise you won't be in control.
