Working on two ideas

Hello there guys.
I am running a computer/IT business and also started a Computer self help business.
I get lots of people telling me to be careful i wont get out of focus.
What if you believe in both businesses and are passionate about both.
As i am righting this word i am working on my business plan.
But now and then i need to stay motivated.
So let me know what you guys think and and some word of wisdom.

Running a computer shop is good...but adding IT sure spice it up a notch to make it great. I don't see this as two ideas, I see it as an added benefit to support your clients to deliver a one stop shop. I like to suggest a business plan and stick to it....this way, you will always have a route and game plan in writing in front of you.

The other idea that i am working on will target the Hispanic in the USA. That why is to different ideas.

Is your ? how to stay focused. Or do you want to know if running two simultaneously is a good idea?

Are you feeling too much stress/pressure from both of them, or are you comfortable with them

The only that is bothering me is the business plan that all is a lot of work.
That goes with it both idea.
But i am loving it.
