So my client is wanting to try out an auction to sell his Park City ski property after it has been sitting on the market for almost a year. One of his neighbours is having an auction for their property and we're waiting to see how it does.
This is the home which I don't like that much but it sits on 20 acres so it's something of a unicorn here.
