If you don't have several paying clients right now I would just leave IG alone and go more directly to the market.

- your own network (and extended network)
- cold calls
- cold emails
- door to door of local businesses
- local FB groups
- local ads
- networking events

Build up your social media after you are already getting (profitable) traction.

Hey. I am trying to grow my agency's Instagram right now, and I'm not sure who I should target.

The choices are:
- People who want to start a business, Wantapreneuers, Instagram's page goal is to motivate them and show them different strategies.
- Current Business owners in general
- Current Business owners who want to get a website (I'm assuming this is probably not the best choice since this is a pretty small market)
