Anybody hire a paid intern? Or have a good idea where to find an assistant with half a brain?
We need someone to help with Real Estate tasks:
Going to the building department, get information.
Go to Dept of transportation, figure out the permit needed and get one.
Screen calls from people who want to sell their house, weed out the chaff.
Drive nieghborhoods and compile lists of view homes which are run down. (Title lists are horrible)
Where do I find a good assistant?
Any thoughts would be very much appreciated!
