The Real Estate and Stock Markets are showing a lack of clear and orderly behavior. Thought patterns of Investors collectively, are erratic. This would seem to be the best posible time to scour both Markets for hidden "Gems". I am eagerly interested in learning if the members of this forum are seeing buying opportunities either domestically or globally.
