Could you spare a minute to help me better understand which are the problems about data in your organization?
If a magic pill would exist to solve your data problem, how the result would look like?
(Do you even look at your data to optimize your processes? Do you have a data strategy and do you see any value in having one?)
My current situation:
I am a Business Intelligence & Data Science consultant from Italy. I am in the process of building a new POC, your answers help me define my message and the content of my offer.
At the moment I manage and analyze data, build reports and dashboards. With my new offer I want to give a more strategic service.
My plan is to finish a POC, test it in the market (get the first clients organically to check the results I can bring), reiterate to nail my offer, automate it as much as possible and then scale it with ads.
I'd appreciate any feedback you can give me.
