What I really like is the explanation of how your filters change when you adopt a 10x goal. It's like how you suddenly see all the motorbikes on the road when you think of buying one. They were always there, but we weren't seeing them previously.
So if we really think about what a 10x goal is for us, then we suddenly see opportunites to progress towards that goal that were *already there*.
I also like how it should make it obvious what actions are *not* going to helps us reach a 10x goal... and we should add them to our Not To Do list. I was using a Not To Do list earlier this year but have lapsed back to old habits.
Time to commit to a 10x mindset.
I've bought a wee kindle book from him. The Dan Sullivan Question. It was a short read and I found it very interesting/useful.Has anybody ever hired this guy for consulting or bought one of his products? We have some employee turnover right now in my business and I'd like to actually take this temporary annoyance as an opportunity to build out some new positions and reduce my workload.
Not the easiest thing for me to do mentally. So, definitely looking for some help and strategy.
Any suggestions for his best stuff? Need more help setting up my company so I can reduce my workload but still have really high level work.
Already read the E-myth but it only scratched the surface I felt.
