Just an FYI for you travelers -
Hopefully none of you have the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phone which was reportedly exploding and catching on fire, but just in case you do....don't try to get on a plane with one. The U.S. Department of Transportation has officially banned them as of this month.
Apparently even the replacement phones Samsung sent out to people are also catching on fire!
You will not be able to get on the plane if you are a carrying one and you also cannot put it in your baggage. The report says anyone violating the ban may be subject to criminal prosecution because of the high risk it poses.
