We appreciate your business & wish you...."
Use this. I’ve read in several books that you don’t want to say customer, exchange that for something else like client. But I find this more easy-going.

Overall pretty good but, "We love you" sounds a bit too intense.

However it might actually work if your customers know that English isn't your native tongue because it seems more genuine.

If you wanted to come across as an English native, you'd say something along the lines of "We love working with you as our customer & wish you a great 2020" or "We appreciate your business & wish you....".

Hope that helps!

I'm not a native speaker, but here are some lines you may or may not find useful.

Thank you for being such an awesome/amazing customer.
(We are grateful that you find our services useful)
We appreciate you dearly and wish (upon) you (and yours) a great 2020!

These variations, in my opinion, keep the heartfelt impression you were going for without the word love, still keeping it cozy and businessy

I will be sending a thank you card to my top and most loyal customers.

Already bought enough hand-made quality greeting cards (supporting people with disabilities in the process) and will be hand-writing them all; both the thank you note and the address.

As I am not a native English speaker I was wondering if I could get some feedback (or suggestions) on a short and simple thank you note. I want it to be short, simple and sweet but not too cheesy. How does this sound to native speakers:

Hi John,

Thank you for being such an awesome customer. We love you and wish you a great 2020!

Best,

Some messages will be more specific (personalized), but need also something for people who have been using my service for years and never complained or needed any special attention.

Thanks for feedback and suggestions!
