Hi All

I live in the United Kingdom. I am starting a USA based clothing store selling t-shirts, tank tops etc. A United States dropship/fulfilment company based in California will print and ship apparel to United States customers.

The fulfillment will be on an individual sale basis, so no storage of inventory. Do I need to collect and paid US sales tax for all states? If yes, what would I need to do? and do I also paid UK Tax.

The fulfillment company collects California sales tax on all orders to California (7.5%), if I don't have A California State resale certificate.

Thanks

Nobody will give you tax advise here. You need to consult an accountant.
