Isn’t it interesting how many consumers want to speak to the local service business, and how many local service businesses want phone calls? And all those tech startups like Thumbtack push the form fill...
I guess it´s all about urgency. People want their car fixed today. And they want to know the mechanic is able to get it fixed. Phone calls tend to be faster and more effective. Thinking from the consumer perspective, I wouldn´t want to send an email hoping someone will answer it days from now (if I get an answer at all).
