Hello everyone! I am 16, just graduated secondary school and am about to start polytechnic in the business administration course. I am able to choose which field to specialise in and I cant decide.

Entrepreneurship is an amazing opportunity for me to really get first hand experience as to what it's like building a business. I get to network with entrepreneurs and interact with people who have gone through it all. The school helps make our products come to reality and the top 15 students get to travel to china to learn about manufacturers.

Marketing is something I am rather intrigued by and plays a huge role in promoting products. companies pay people who have a marketing background to promote their product...so if I have that knowledge I can use that money on other resources and do the marketing when I first start my business. Honestly, I also considered a backup plan if all else fails(I don't want to invest *everything* in to this one company and risk my future) and figured marketing can get me a job better.

I feel that entrepreneurship isn't as important because I can read books and videos and learn so much. Forums like these help me grow too! But if I specialised in it, I'd be more exposed and it opens doors easier than if I start from scratch...

What do u think? Is it better to specialise in marketing or entrepreneurship?

Thank you.:)

Learn direct-response copywriting. If you then don't see how possible it is to get rich using words & selling infoproducts, get a marketing job and be happy with it for the rest of your life*. :)
