I actually felt like going on a long rant before posting this, then it seemed to fade; maybe I'm getting somewhere.

Perhaps that could be the basis of the thread?

I really did feel like going on a massive rant when I started typing the thread, then it subsided.

Anyone ever done that, just closed the window and gone to bed? What happened?
