100% illegal thing to do and you will get banned.
Unless you're doing a transfer of ownership due to a sale, you CANNOT sell amazon accounts.
I recently sold my Amazon seller account including all items in the store which were already in FBA distribution centers. I sold on Flippa within 2 weeks.

2. Change the business info/address on the account.
3. Change the contact info on the account.
