Now I know what's going on!
I guess the excuse 'I don't know what to do for my Fastlane?' or 'I don't have connections or needs to use.' is shut down for real

Hmm.. probably there are other reputable private medical centres like gleneagles, hopkins or mayo to balance off the bad crap.
But anyway I could be mistaken...how was it actually in healthcare? What were the worst complaints made by patients? Bad equipment? Nurses that were actually inexperienced trainees? Bad food?
