At any rate I'm posting here to get some insight..
I did some consulting work for a concrete guy a couple counties over and I'm getting the run around on payment.. I've met with him in person, texted, called, etc and it's a bunch of bs. I've gotten piddly payments and I just saw a post of the guy's fishing trip last week but he can't pay me my invoice.
I don't want to mess around with small claims but it's looking like that's where this is going. I hear of judgments going uncollected all the time.
Any suggestions on getting my money like yesterday?
