I have a strange problem with my VA's account. I'm currently in the process of teaching her ads and it's going well except some targeting settings go weird. For example, she can set the age range to 35-44 but when she hits save - they default back to 18-64.
We've tried EVERYTHING. Working on a separate PC/laptop, removed all Chrome extensions, removed all cookies/cache, changed the location of her ads account and even a US proxy. I don't get this problem from my Mac and I've never seen it before either. We've even tested a separate FB account and it's the same problem.
Can anyone help?
