There are some great podcasts out there, be be aware.
A lot of people making podcasts simply (and rightly so) use them as a part of their sales funnel.

A lot of them have no experience in the field that they're talking about either.
So make sure that you research whoever is doing the podcast.

A podcast that I've enjoyed is the Jocko Willink Podcast, he's a retired Navy Seal talking about leadership and discipline.
Disclaimer: I've only listened to about 6 episodes of it, but so far I'm enjoying it.
