"in any format or medium now known or later developed" ha! that pretty much covers everything then.

I see they have the 'beta' in their logo. I don't see why people do that... it doesn't give some magical protection or excuse if it fails.

If you want a free image editing program, try gimp.
There is bit of a learning curve, but it can do a lot.
