First of all I’m sorry for my English, I’m just an international student from Africa ( French country )
So yeah, I am 21 now and I have like 2 businesses running in Africa.
First is my poultry ( ivoire chicken )
The problem with that is one of my man there is lack of commitment, is not willing to quit is job rn neither in 3 years …
the other partner is very good
i am just afraid he sees as a boss instead of a partner or cofounder
the one who lacks commitment got a good job, I called him because he got many potentialities in project building and stuff like that, the others one is a professional guy in poultry for 15 years ( I was even not a schooled yet )
How do you many your businesses overseas ?
How do you motive your patners ?
What you’d do with my guy lacking commitment ?
how do you scale that business ?
