I have reflected on the above today and after some introspection I wrote down 3 core beliefs that I'm going to live by aswell as support beliefs.
Here they are.
Core beliefs:
1. Everything I want in life can be attained
2. It can only be attained by taking action to obtain it
3. If I don't take action to get what I want, I will never get it
Support beliefs:
As soon as you take action it becomes possible to obtain what you want
As soon as you stop taking action it becomes impossible to obtain what you want
Since beliefs require you believe them(no shit sherlock), I acted in congruence with them and at the same time tried to gather evidence in favor of them.
This video was very impactful to me and helped strengthen my beliefs.
