Good find. You could develop a simple site on WP with plugins for sure, but I don't think it'd be viable to try to create something like Fitocracy on WP.

You can do practically anything with Wordpress these days with all the add-on's available.

I'd get a site up, build some content and see what happens.

Probably, if you want an extremely detailed social network? No.

But a good, simple site would be just fine to make sure to validate first, before you start giving thoughts into hiring devs for an expensive site project.

if no --> sell, but negotiate with this guy. if he/she is offering 2 grand off the bat, i think you could push for more. perhaps. maybe. see where it goes. Ask for $10k lol see if it works hahaha

If you plan on developing it, make sure it's not banned by Google. There might be a reason why the previous owner/s dropped it.

I think you should hold on to it for a while and wait for some $10 000+ offers (unless you really need the money right now).
