They put out some good info along with Marcus and Millchap regarding
the real estate markets.

I believe most of their info is free to use.

I saw a report about office space around the world, and just one article about renewing r not your leases... but did not see more in there that caught my eye. Maybe you as customer see more information? Although I recognize I did not spend too much time in the site as its navigation was not too friend for me.
