I have a New Jersey Corporation that has a NOL carried forward of roughly $100,000.00.

The company is inactive now. Can this (company) be sold to another company so the purchasing company can take benefit from the NOL?

Thank You for your reply. It is a C Corp. How do I go about finding a buyer for the NOL?
