I started this business on 6/23/17 I've been working on it like crazy and I've learned some seo. I've mocked up a bunch of keywords that definitely are good I just have no idea what to do with designs. I need constructive critism on my website and my question is what do I need to add?

What are your goals for this website?
Who are your customers? What problems are you solving for them & how are you monetizing that?

I would start by examining the sites/funnels of a few market leaders in your space and emulate what is working for them while putting your own twist on it

Have specific goals (like in 3 months i want to have ....)

Well first, it doesn't look like you really have anything unique to offer here. It looks like you're just trying to get affiliate sales by posting about generic fitness topics trying to cover everything. I don't think I've ever seen paintball, yoga, and biking written about on the same site before. So, that's #1. Pick a niche.

To start:

• Add a headline to your hero image.
• On desktop, the way the text blocks are way to the right on the page is awkward.
• Having the full navigation tree at the bottom of each page is weird. You need a footer instead.

So, that's #1. Pick a niche.

I agree with this completely. You have nothing that makes you stand out at this point. "Healthy lifestyle" is too generic.

To niche down I'd recommend either looking at health from a unique perspective or looking at a specific part of health. NerdFitness is a good example of looking at it from a unique perspective and OhSheGlows is a good example of a specific aspect of health.
