Just discovered this forum and I am here to learn.
I used to have my own business, which failed due to a combination of many reasons.
A few of them...wrong choice of business partners, entering a business I wasn't very familiar with, giving my staff too much freedom and taking my eyes of the ball (business finances).
I am doing what I do currently as I get ready to launch out into business again, using what I learned from my past mistakes.
I could not have found this forum at a better time.
