Mercury on-line bank refused to open me an account, any options?

Mercury is one of the worst online banks to begin with.

I don't have an answer for you specifically since you are non-US, but I have opened many online bank accounts with different companies ( Im American ), and Mercury has been the worst I have ever dealt with.

Hi,
We are 3 non-us residents who own a LLC. We applied to open a bank account with Mercury bank but they refused our application without any explanations. Furthermore they stopped responding to our emails and there is no phone contact number anywhere.
So...we need to find another option for our upcoming business.
Ideally we would like a bank that would allow us to open an account from abroad.
I could potentially travel to the US and open a bank account but would prefer not to travel now for economical and covid reasons.
Any recommendations?

nop, There are 2 options, one travel to the US and the second get someone you trust in the US, make him member of your LLC and have him apply in the US. After the bank approval he "leaves" the company

Mercury bank is literally the worst bank to go with. There are so many better banks that will allow you to open. Mercury honesty is HORRIBLE.
